Hungry-girl.com's Lisa Lillien to be at Mann Booth 1969 noon to 3pm Saturday

SALINAS, Calif. - Sept. 19, 2008 - Famous food lover turned "foodologist" Lisa Lillien will make an appearance and sign copies of her cookbook at the Mann Packing Company booth 1969 at the upcoming PMA Fresh Summit in Orlando. Lillien is the force behind hungry-girl.com. What started as an email blast to family and friends filled with "diet tips for hungry chicks," hungry-girl has grown to over 500,000 subscribers. The web site is very popular and Lillien's new cookbook "Hungry Girl Recipes and Survival Strategies for Guilt Free Eating in the Real World" debuted in the #2 spot on the New York Times bestseller list in May 2008, and is still there 18 weeks later! This has become the fastest selling cookbook of 2008!

Lillien has made it her profession to find ways to make delectable food good for you--food that fits into her health-conscious lifestyle. Lillien shares her food obsession with millions through her Hungry-girl.com daily e-mails, weekly columns in the New York Daily News, and contributions to People magazine, WeightWatchers.com and Yahoo!
